We have a comprehensive training system for new recruits. By creating a good working-learning environment, we hope to cultivate enthusiastic professionals with innovative ideas. To help our employees grow in a progressive manner for their personal attainment, we have education programs designed for various points in their career development, enhancing their expertise as well as giving them practical management experience.
Training for College Graduate Reserve Officers
Three-month practical training in the form of rotations at the plant are arranged for all new
college graduate reserve officers to help them understand and experience the operations firsthand.
After the three-month rotation, new recruits undergo a one-year basic practical training
period, in which they participate in basic tasks within their fields. The idea is to give these reserve officers a solid grounding through practical experience from which they can develop the abilities needed as future hardcore members of the organization.
General Personnel Basic Training
"Task Handbooks" are written for all tasks so that new recruits can fall in step with their routine as soon as possible. A training schedule is then planned for each new recruit according to his/her job content. All recruits are required to complete their basic training course in three months.œ¿
Expertise Training
In order to strengthen employees' expertise, at least five training courses are arranged for each position every three years. Other courses are arranged at times of requirement, such as during systematic technical upgrade, new product development, new technology introduction, etc.
Reserve Officer Training
Collective preparation courses are arranged for employees prior to promotion so as to improve their leadership ability and elevate their expertise.
